    Facilities Director

    Randy was born and raised in southern Indiana. He met this beautiful young women at Oakland City, Indiana and after some time of convincing her that he was a nice guy, she said "yes" to his proposal. Becky and Randy have been married for 48 years and are still going. They have 3 children, 8 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. Randy attended Bible school in Waxahachie, TX. and pastored a church here in Florida for 7 years. 

  • Daquan goodson

    Fine Arts Director

    Daquan (AKA Quan) was born and raised in Brooklyn New York and has always been intrigued by all things creative. He moved to Orlando Florida at the age of 16 to eventually attend the University of Central Florida after High School to study Industrial Engineering. In the middle of pursuing his Degree, God spoke to him at a college age Conference in 2014 to be a Creative Arts Director. He instantly switched direction to follow what the lord wanted for his life and proceeded to begin the Mainstream Leadership College internship program at Faith Assembly of God where he studied and served in youth ministry under Pastor Johnnie Wilson and Creative Ministry under Pastor Sonia Figueroa. He graduated the internship program in 2018 and received his Bachelors in Ministerial Leadership through Southeastern University. On that journey, He was able to get connected with our beloved Lead Pastors Casey and Pastor Lenore and the rest is History! He is now "Living the Dream!"

    Worship Director

    Justyn Myers was born and raised in Sarasota Fl. Justyn started singing around the age of 4. Throughout his middle years, he was singing in his youth choir and attending Liberty Baptist Academy growing in his gifts. He started singing on his first worship team by the age of 14. Justyn got introduced to Dream Church through a youth conference called “The Encounter”. Officially, in 2021, Justyn started going to Dream Church full-time volunteering by leading worship and directing vocals serving under Pastor Justin. After graduating in 2023, Justyn was approached by Pastor Casey with the opportunity to be the “Worship Director” for Dream Church. Justyn’s passion is to help others grow in their gifts, talents, and to show them they do not have to be afraid of using the gifts God gave them.
