    Lead Pastors

    Casey and Lenore Casal have been serving as Lead Pastors of Dream Church (formally Journey Assembly) since June 2020.  They previously served as District Youth Directors for the PenFlorida District Council of the Assemblies of God since May 2016. 


    Casey graduated in 2002 with his Bachelors from Southeastern University and in 2019 with his Masters Degree in Leadership. He has been in ministry for over 20 years as a staff pastor and youth evangelist. 


    Lenore has a heart for women and outreach!  Lenore leads the Women of Dream which is the Women's Ministry of Dream Church. She regularly speaks at different events and conferences in Florida and across United States.   She is a licensed minister and is active in the abolishment of Human Trafficking with outreaches locally and abroad.  


    Casey and Lenore have 3 children; Lila, Selah, and Judah. 

  • devin jones

    Executive Pastor
    Devin Jones was born and raised in Saint Petersburg Fl. Devin attended Florida School of Discipleship in Fort Myers Florida for two years to receive his ministry credentials through the Assemblies of God. He served as the Youth and Worship pastor for three years in Naples, Florida. Devin is passionate about people, when you get a chance to meet him make sure you have some extra time because he’ll probably talk your ear off.  Some of Devin passions are his family, coffee, music, skateboarding and mixed martial arts. 

  • Justin duenas

    Creative/Young Adults Pastor

    Justin was raised in El Paso, Texas in his early childhood years. At the age of 11, he and his family moved to Dallas, Texas, where he had lived for 16 years. He has previously served as Assistant/Worship Pastor at Trinity Church in Cedar Hill, Tx and has served in worship ministry, as well as church production for 12 years. He has written music for over 10 years, and believes God wants to use Dream Music to be an expression of what God wants to speak to his people. He wants to see a move of God start through worship and pursuit after God. 

  • Flo Jones

    Experience Pastor

    Florinda (Flo) was born in Naples, Italy and moved to Florida with her family when she was five years old. Flo is passionate about community and bringing the love of Jesus to the weary and broken-hearted. In her spare time, you can find Flo being a mommy to her little boy, Gabriel, snuggling a dog, spending time for with her family, and drinking lots of coffee. 

  • ashlin jerowski

    Children's Pastor

    Ashlin has been a member at Dream (formerly Journey Assembly) for about 17 years. Growing up she served as a leader in kids church then  took over the nursery as the Nursery director and now as Children's Pastor. Her heart is for kids and it always has been from a young age. She is excited to be able to help Dream kids grow and seek after Jesus and know the love that He has for each and every one of them! 

  • marissa cespedes

    Youth Pastor

    Marissa grew up in Tampa, Florida where she was previously a Middle School Pastor for two years. She has recently finished her Bachelor's degree at USF in Behavioral Healthcare, Children's Mental Health. She's very passionate about joining the two worlds of faith and Mental Health. She has served in the Pen-Florida Youth District for 7 years. She's passionate about helping students navigate through one of the most pivotal seasons in their faith. She looks forward to everything God is going to do at Dream Church.

  • Roniel Aquino

    Discipleship Pastor

    Roniel was born in Sacramento CA, and grew up in Dallas TX. He later moved to Florida in May of 2021. He served as youth pastor for two years at Trinity Church in Waxahachie, Tx and has been in ministry for over 10 years. He felt the call to be a part of what God was doing at Dream Church and followed that call to Bradenton Fl. He is passionate about the church as a whole and seeing what God will do in others.

  • Nicci moroney

    Family Ministries Pastor

    Nicci was born in New York until she received her calling into ministry at 19. She then moved to Florida to attend Southeastern University where she received her degree in Pastoral Ministry as well as a minor in Children and Family Ministries. Nicci has served as a pastor in children’s ministry for many years and she has always been passionate about serving the whole family unit. From the moment she heard that Dream’s values were Identity, Purpose, and Family, she knew she needed to be part of that mission in anyway she could! Nicci loves meeting new people and can be found on a typical Sunday getting to know as many new people as possible. She loves helping everyone find their Identity, Purpose, and Family in Jesus. At home, Nicci loves spending time with her husband AJ and her two children Ezekiel and Saoirse. She loves to craft, cook, and play board games.



  • Sophia duenas

    Young Adults Pastor

    Sophia Duenas originally from New Mexico. She graduated from Christ for the Nations Bible institute in 2014 and has always had a passion to take the love and good news of Jesus outside of the Church. Sophia and her husband Justin both serve as the Young Adults here at Dream Church
