  • casey & lenore casal

    LEAD PASTORS

    Casey and Lenore Casal have served as the Lead Pastors of Dream Church (formerly Journey Assembly) since June 2020. Prior to this role, they served as District Youth Directors for the PenFlorida District Council of the Assemblies of God beginning in May 2016, investing in the spiritual development and leadership of students and youth ministries across the state.


    Pastor Casey has been in ministry for over 20 years, serving as a staff pastor and traveling youth evangelist before stepping into senior leadership. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Southeastern University in 2002 and a Master’s Degree in Leadership in 2019. He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Ministry and also serves as an adjunct professor with Southeastern University, helping equip the next generation of ministry leaders. In addition, Casey serves as an Ambassador for WorldServe International, partnering in global efforts to bring the gospel, clean water, and sustainable resources to communities around the world.


    Lenore serves faithfully alongside Casey in ministry and plays a vital role in the life and leadership of Dream Church. Known for her heart for people, encouragement, and hospitality, she helps cultivate the church’s culture of family and community while supporting various ministries and initiatives within the church.

    Casey and Lenore are passionate about helping people discover their identity in Christ, walk in their God-given purpose, and experience the power of the Holy Spirit in everyday life.


    They have three children: Lila, Selah, and Judah.

  • devin jones

    EXECUTIVE PASTOR STAFF & CULTURE
    Devin Jones was born and raised in Saint Petersburg Fl. Devin attended Florida School of Discipleship in Fort Myers Florida for two years to receive his ministry credentials through the Assemblies of God. He served as the Youth and Worship pastor for three years in Naples, Florida. Devin is passionate about people, when you get a chance to meet him make sure you have some extra time because he’ll probably talk your ear off.  Some of Devin passions are his family, coffee, music, skateboarding and mixed martial arts. 

  • Aaron phoenix

    EXECUTIVE PASTOR OPERATIONS


    Aaron and Tanya are both graduates of Trinity Bible College in Ellendale, North Dakota, where they met. Aaron is a native of Colorado, and Tanya grew up in Utah. With a wide range of giftings, they have faithfully served the Church in many leadership capacities over the years. They began their ministry in Ellendale, ND, where they served for more than six years—Aaron as Associate and Youth Pastor, and Tanya as Children’s Pastor and Worship Leader. They later spent ten years serving the North Dakota Ministry Network as District Youth Directors, investing deeply in resourcing and equipping kids and youth pastors while leading summer camps, conventions, and children’s events across the state. Aaron and Tanya share a strong passion for connecting people to a relational God, and in a social media–driven culture, they are intentional about creating environments where meaningful relationships can grow and students can encounter the power and presence of God. Their desire is to help shape a culture that is radically passionate about a relationship with Christ. 

  • Flo Jones

    EXPERIENCE PASTOR

    Florinda (Flo) was born in Naples, Italy and moved to Florida with her family when she was five years old. Flo is passionate about community and bringing the love of Jesus to the weary and broken-hearted. In her spare time, you can find Flo being a mommy to her little boy, Gabriel, snuggling a dog, spending time for with her family, and drinking lots of coffee.

    CHILDREN'S PASTOR

    Ashlin has been a member at Dream (formerly Journey Assembly) for about 17 years. Growing up she served as a leader in kids church then  took over the nursery as the Nursery director and now as Children's Pastor. Her heart is for kids and it always has been from a young age. She is excited to be able to help Dream kids grow and seek after Jesus and know the love that He has for each and every one of them! 

  • marissa cespedes

    YOUTH & YOUNG ADULTS PASTOR

    Marissa grew up in Tampa, Florida where she was previously a Middle School Pastor for two years. She has recently finished her Bachelor's degree at USF in Behavioral Healthcare, Children's Mental Health. She's very passionate about joining the two worlds of faith and Mental Health. She has served in the Pen-Florida Youth District for 7 years. She's passionate about helping students navigate through one of the most pivotal seasons in their faith. She looks forward to everything God is going to do at Dream Church.

  • KALEB CLEMMONS

    CREATIVE AND COMMUNICATIONS

    Kaleb Clemmons
    Kaleb recently joined the Dream Church team after moving from Kansas City, Missouri. He serves as our Creative & Communication Pastor, overseeing production, media, and church communications. Kaleb brings strong creative gifting and a passion for using every platform to help people encounter Jesus. We’re excited for the leadership and vision he brings as we continue reaching people and telling the story of what God is doing at Dream Church.

    NEXT GEN

    Mike serves as our Next Gen Pastor with a heart to see kids, students, and young leaders grow in a real and lasting relationship with Jesus. He is passionate about building healthy, faith-filled environments where the next generation can belong, be discipled, and encounter the power of the Holy Spirit. Through intentional leadership development, meaningful relationships, and a strong biblical foundation, Aaron is committed to raising up a generation that is confident in their faith and equipped to live it out boldly.

    Our Connections Pastor is passionate about building relationships and creating a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. Guided by the Holy Spirit, they help people find their place in the church family, ensuring each individual feels seen, valued, and connected. Whether it’s through new guest outreach, assimilation, or engagement, they foster a culture of belonging where genuine relationships can flourish.
